Havelock Town is a neighbourhood of Colombo, Sri Lanka, part of an area zoned as Colombo 5. It is located approximately 6 kilometres south of Fort, the central business district of Colombo. Havelock City, a mixed-used development in Havelock Town is to be the largest property development in Sri Lanka incorporating residential and commercial facilities.

Havelock Town is a nice quiet suburb with plenty of arts and crafts sold in boutique shops. Jewelry and unset stones of semi-precious gems are excellent to buy in Sri Lanka because of the mines in this country. Take a Tuktuk ride, the common three-wheeled vehicle in Colombo. They are available for hire just about everywhere. Hold on for dear life. It’s a wild ride.

Hawa Mahal, Jaipur, India

Situated at Badi Choupad , Pink City of Jaipur , Hawa Mahal was built in 1799. It has 953 windows on the outside walls. The honeycomb shaped and beautifully carved windows allow breeze to blow through the palace and makes it a perfect summer palace. It was built as an extension to the City Palace nearby. Tanjong Malim is a peaceful town located at about 70km north of Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia . It lies on the Perak-Selangor state border, with Sungai Bernam serving as the natural divider.
